This course feedback survey has two sections. The first section comprises the typical course rating questions, and the second section consists of open-ended questions asking for your opinion about your learning experience in this course, and suggestions for improvements.

I am particularly interested in constructive recommendations on how to make this a better experience; however, if you want to vent off some frustrations, that is feedback that can be valuable and I will read carefully as well.
